New Patient Questionnaire
This
feature makes it easy to ensure that initial calls are handled as you, or your
practice consultant, wish them to be. This
user-definable function allows you to script exactly what you want
the staff to say to prospective patients, and the information you want them to obtain and/or convey.
If the person later becomes a patient, information such as name,
address, etc. can automatically be inserted in the patient record.
Correspondence
Program Director
has a complete system of prewritten letters, using Microsoft Word, which is flexible and user-friendly.
The staff is not required to learn Word to generate standard letters; everything is fully controlled
and automated by Program Director. The appropriate letters, pre-selected by the user, can automatically be generated as a result of a change in status, new referrals, etc.

These letters can be
automatically
produced in Microsoft Word by Program Director. And because
the system is designed for paperless operation,
a copy of every letter is automatically saved in the patient
file for viewing at any time, eliminating the need to print paper copies for your
records.
Improved Patient Communications
When you select
Program Director's Patient Summary, it provides the important information
shown here. Although all this data is contained in other areas of the patient record,
Patient Summary makes it available, concisely, so you can better communicate with the patient.
A complete appointment history for the patient is also readily available.
Internet Communications
With Patients
Program Director allows you to
communicate with patients via the Internet; it also lets them correspond with
you. All these communications are maintained in the patient's electronic file
and are available for you to review at anytime.
Automated Patient Communication Systems
Many practices use an automated patient communication system. These systems are
used via telephone or the Internet, and Program Director provides the required
data to all of them.
