Model days are easily designed with times, procedures, and chairs exactly as you want them.  The View a Day and Week at a Glance modes exhibit color-coded procedures and appointments can be made easily, in seconds, from any workstation. Up to three pre-defined alternate appointments can be displayed. You pre-define the rules for alternates so the staff can just designate the type of appointment needed and the schedule will display all the available times for an entire week. Doctor-time scheduling is available at no additional charge.

Patients never get 'lost' in the system when you use Program Director's scheduling. Open the Appointment Outcomes screen and you can (a) see who has been checked in or out; (b) cancel or fail appointments; or (c) check them in or out.
